Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Original packaging (when applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale products

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged due to misuse


Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through the Contact page

  2. Include your order number

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • defective

  • damaged upon arrival

  • incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


Right to Refuse

Rivsen Supply Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
